Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting pharmacy operations. You will assist the pharmacist under supervision, process prescriptions, and help customers with products and services. The role includes cashier duties, inventory support, and maintaining clean, organized store areas.

Must be fluent in English and able to work evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience is preferred, and PTCB certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help with products/services to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and patient information handling; use pharmacy systems accurately.
• Process sales at register, handle payments, returns, exchanges, and help locate items.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist inventory and pricing.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist with workflow and prescription processing and QA.
• Adhere to company policies and Good Faith Dispensing guidelines; report prescription errors promptly.
