Responsibilities include answering questions, knowledge of products, offering samples, communicating promotions, and ensuring product availability.

Qualificações

• Retail experience is required or preferred.
• Candidate should handle stressful situations professionally.
• Strong communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for transactions and tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued by answering questions about products.
• Gain knowledge of products in the department to answer questions and make suggestions.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
• Inform customers of specials and promotions.
• Recommend items to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Monitor shelf dates and take action as needed.
• Label and stock department merchandise and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a positive attitude and stay current with ads and promotions.
• Support safety programs and report any safety concerns.
• Assist with equipment inspections and report any repairs needed.
• Report accidents or incidents to management.
• Conduct duties with honesty and integrity and follow directions to resolve issues.
• Provide assistance to customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
