Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling (counting, measuring, weighing).
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient checkout service on the cash register.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing and processing prescriptions under supervision.
• Maintain accurate patient and drug information using pharmacy systems.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and safety procedures.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and inventory tracked.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
