Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented team member to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the Pharmacy Department. You will assist pharmacists, operate the register, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include processing prescriptions with accuracy, handling patient inquiries, and contributing to inventory management. Training and PTCB certification are encouraged; evenings and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Acquire and maintain PTCB certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision with dispensing activities and uses pharmacy systems for patient and drug information.
