Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced pharmacy and retail environment. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and operate as part of a pharmacist-led team to process prescriptions under supervision.

Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory and price checks, and maintaining clean, merchandised displays. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist and Store Manager while ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and help with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
Handle cash register transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
Assist pharmacists with scheduling and workflow management.
Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; assist with inventory and pricing.
Report prescription errors to the on-duty pharmacist and adhere to dispensing policies.
Follow Good Faith Dispensing regulations and Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
Support pharmacy operations and customer service across the store.
