Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer PTCB certification.
• Prefer good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and assist customers at the register.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications under supervision and ensure accuracy of patient and drug information.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; manage inventory and price checks as directed.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and preparing medications and check for possible interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Support pharmacy department with inventory management and order processing.
