Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• PTCB certification is preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on the cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under supervision by using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Maintain counters and shelves; check in and price merchandise; keep the store neat and merchandised.
• Support Pharmacy Department on inventory and workflow; assist with prescriptions and pharmacy operations.
• Provide customer service in-store areas including photo services and web order pickup.
