Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides friendly checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions.
• Maintains counters and shelves and performs pricing tasks.
• Handles returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web orders.
• Supports Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities.
