Job summary

Under direct supervision, you will assist the pharmacist with prescription processing, enter patient information, help with inventory, and support daily operations while upholding Walgreens policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior experience with Walgreens; PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and handle transactions.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with prescriptions.
• Provide courteous customer service and shopping assistance.
• Maintain counters and shelves, merchandising and displays.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and voids as needed.
• Support inventory and store operations, including daily tasks.
