Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to support pharmacy operations and in-store customer service. You will assist pharmacists under supervision, handle cash transactions, and help maintain a clean, well-merchandised store.

The role requires strong English communication, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and prior retail experience is preferred. Training will cover pharmacy systems usage and patient information handling.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Assists pharmacists under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised, inventories, and maintains records; processes returns and exchanges as needed.
• Assists with pharmacy inventory management and ensures compliance with state/local laws regarding regulated products.
