Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification or equivalent training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists pharmacists in dispensing and processing prescriptions under direct supervision.
• Provides customer with assistance to locate products and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains counters and shelves, checks in and prices merchandise.
• Handles pharmacy clerical duties and supports inventory management.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adheres to policy.
