Qualifications

• Earns and maintains PTCB certification through the designated program and/or state required certification/registration.
• Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate and acquires continuing education credits.
• Assists pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow and processes prescriptions under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision with prescription processing.
• Provide courteous checkout service and customer assistance.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Maintain counters, shelves, and displays; ensure accurate pricing and inventory.
• Support Pharmacy Department on inventory management and Rx-related clerical tasks.
