Job summary

Walgreens in Wisconsin is seeking a customer-focused team member to support pharmacy operations and provide friendly checkout service. You will assist pharmacists under supervision, process prescriptions, handle pharmacy-related tasks, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending products, processing payments, and supporting inventory and displays.

Qualifications

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
Prefer good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
Prefer good computer skills.
Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, efficient checkout service.
Assists pharmacists under direct supervision, entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
Provides customer service in person and in the photo area; supports store operations and displays.
Performs inventory and stocking tasks; maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves.
Handles prescription processing tasks and supports pharmacy manager and staff in workflow.
