Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy/Customer Experience associate in New Jersey to deliver friendly checkout service, greet customers, and assist pharmacists under supervision. You will process prescriptions, manage cash transactions, and help maintain store merchandising.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is preferred. Prior experience in retail and basic math skills are advantageous. PTCB certification is a plus and training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Process prescriptions under supervision using pharmacy systems.
• Register sales on cash register and handle transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, stocked shelves and assist in inventory checks.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and pharmacist with workflow and patient information.
