Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification is required or preferred.
• Experience in retail or with Walgreens is preferred.
• Strong math skills for accurate prescription filling, counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Proficiency with store computer systems and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and pharmacy-related tasks.
• Engage customers, greet and assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and shelves, assist with inventory and pricing.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and staff with workflow, prescription processing, and pharmacist interactions.
• Assist with photo area services and web pick-up responsibilities as applicable.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain respectful coworker relationships.
