Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide efficient checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with prescriptions.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised store and stock levels.
• Process returns, rain checks, and exchanges.
• Support pharmacy workflow and inventory management.
• Handle phone calls related to pharmacy and third-party claims.
