Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience role in our Hiram, GA store. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help with products and services to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will support the Pharmacy team with prescription fulfillment, inventory, and clerical duties; maintain displays, handle refunds, exchanges, and advise on promotions while promoting photo and pickup services.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure positive experience.
• Registers customer purchases and processes payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; assists in inventory checks.
• Supports pharmacy workflow, including entering patient and drug information and assisting pharmacists.
• Assists with inventory management and pricing as directed by management.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web pickup responsibilities.
