Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience focused team member to provide courteous, efficient checkout service and assist the pharmacist under supervision with prescription processing.

You will handle cash, help customers locate items, and maintain clean, well-stocked areas. Experience in retail and basic math skills are valued, with PTCB certification preferred and Walgreens familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for accurate prescription counts and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with pharmacy tasks and prescription processing.
• Manage cash register, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintain clean counters and well merchandised shelves; check in and price merchandise.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and staff with inventory and workflow.
