Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for filling prescriptions accurately.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store systems.

Responsabilités

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provides customers with courteous, friendly service and engages in helpful product recommendations.
• Maintains counters and shelves, checks in and prices merchandise, and assists with inventory.
• Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist, including entering patient data and ensuring accuracy of prescriptions.
• Handles telephone calls not requiring personal attention of the pharmacist and processes third party claims.
• Assists with inventory management, stocking, and safeguarding company assets.
