Job summary

Walgreens in Summerville, SC is seeking a team member to deliver an exceptional customer experience at the checkout and assist customers with products and services.

Under pharmacist supervision, you will support prescription processing, maintain clean stores, handle transactions, and participate in inventory management and store operations. Excellent English communication and reliable, friendly service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Retail experience preferred (six months or more).
• Good math skills for prescription filling and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is a plus.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Assist pharmacists and pharmacy staff with prescription processing under supervision.
• Maintain clean, merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory and pricing checks.
• Handle returns, voids, refunds, and exchanges; guide customers to products.
• Support pharmacy operations and follow company policies and procedures.
