Job summary

Walgreens is looking for a customer-focused team member to support pharmacy operations and deliver excellent service. You will assist in processing prescriptions under supervision, interact with customers, and help maintain merchandising and inventory in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, strong math and computer skills, and be willing to work evenings and weekends. Prior Walgreens exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math and computer skills; knowledge of store inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision and uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and helps with products and services.
• Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves and keeps inventory records.
• Performs duties assigned by Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist, including assisting with prescription workflow and error reporting.
