Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling including counting and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous service at the register.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision and help process prescriptions using pharmacy systems.
• Provide customer service in-store and in the photo area; assist with web pickup orders.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and shelves and assist with inventory management.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed and direct customers to products.
• Support pharmacy workflow and scheduling under Pharmacy Manager guidance.
