Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Prefer good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and assist customers.
• Keep shelves tidy, stock merchandise, and check prices.
• Handle cash register transactions, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and staff with inventory and pharmacy workflow.
