Job summary

You will contribute to a delightful in-store experience, maintain shelves and displays, process prescriptions when allowed, and support store operations including returns, inventory, and basic clerical tasks. Fluency in English and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and processes transactions.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and entering patient information.
• Maintains counters, shelves, and merchandising; checks in and prices merchandise.
• Provides customer service and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Handles returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Supports inventory management and clerical tasks as needed.
