Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Process transactions and handle cash with accuracy.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Obtain and maintain patient information to fill prescriptions efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information per HIPAA requirements.
• Prepare paperwork and organize medications for delivery and mail orders.
• Support drive-thru patients and pharmacy operations as needed.
• Log into and use multiple software systems and cash registers.
