Pharmacy CSR

Pharmacy Helpdesk:

• Hours areÃÂMonday-FridayÃÂ8:00 AM ââ¬â 7:00 PM CST,ÃÂand Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM ââ¬â 6:00 PM CST.ÃÂ

• Multiple shifts available

• Open 7 days a week

• Holiday availability required (most major holidays)

• Pharmacy CSR:
  • Staffed by Pharmacy Technicians, LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses), CMTs (Certified Medication Technicians), and some MAs (Medical Assistants). ÃÂ
  • Possible shifts include:
    • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM ââ¬â 5:00 PM
    • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM ââ¬â 6:00 PM
    • Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM ââ¬â 7:00 PM
    • Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM ââ¬â 6:00 PM, plus Saturdays between 8:00 AM ââ¬â 6:00 PM (every Saturday required)
    • Saturday & Sunday between 8:00 AM ââ¬â 6:00 PM, plus three weekday shifts (9:00 AM ââ¬â 6:00 PM)
      • Includes two consecutive weekdays off

• Pharmacy CSR description:
  • The Pharmacy CSR is responsible for processing medication requests submitted primarily by phone, with some written requests, from healthcare providers and pharmacies.
  • Utilize healthcare experience and apply MO HealthNet criteria using an interactive application to determine review outcomes.
  • Interpret and apply clinical rules and decision-making algorithms related to medications under review.
  • Make final determinations regarding medication pre-certification based on established guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism while handling a high volume of calls throughout the shift
  • Effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience:
  • Qualified candidates will have experience in one or more of the following: pharmacy services, healthcare settings, utilization review.
  • Prior customer service experience is required.
  • Experience working directly with pharmacists and physiciansÃÂisÃÂrequired.
  • Pharmacy Technicians orÃÂLicensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) preferred.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $17/hr to $18/hr.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits.
