Job summary

Signature Health, Inc. is seeking a part-time Courier, Pharmacy in Ohio to deliver medications to patients’ homes and serve as a key liaison between the Pharmacy team and Signature Health patients. You will ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

You will follow all policies, handle medications safely, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. on occasion.
• 1+ years’ experience in transporting biological, sensitive or important items preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications to patients' homes and act as a liaison between Pharmacy and Signature Health patients.
• Ensure timely, cautious, and accurate transport of all deliveries.
• Communicate with patients and caregivers about scheduled deliveries and provide deliveries directly to recipients.
• Adhere to HIPAA and patient privacy while delivering and handling medication and information.
