Job summary

Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Courier to join our team. The Courier handles patient-specific medication bags and delivers them to homes and facilities, acting as a liaison between Pharmacy and Emplify Health patients, while delivering excellent customer service.

Schedule is 9:45 AM to 5:30 PM, possibly until 7 PM; 36 hours per week. We offer a strong work-life balance, development opportunities, and a competitive starting wage up to 21.80 per

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in driving and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-specific medications to homes and facilities.
• Act as liaison between Pharmacy team and Emplify Health patients during deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service during pharmacy deliveries.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of pharmacy deliveries.

We are looking for a fulltime Pharmacy Courier who is ready to join our team! Ideal candidates will have driving and customer service experience.

What you will do:

Job Description - The Pharmacy Courier handles the finalized patient specific bag of pharmacy medications and/or products to be delivered as assigned. The Pharmacy Courier will function as a liaison between the Pharmacy team and Emplify Health patients by delivering sealed pharmaceuticals to the client's home and/or facilities. The Pharmacy Courier will deliver exceptional customer service and positively affect the lives of others through accurate and efficient completion of pharmacy deliveries.

Hours include 9:45AM-5:30PM but could go as late as 7:00PM.

Required to completed 36 hours a week in this fulltime position.

Insure efficient and timely delivery of medications to our patients.
