We’re Hiring: Pharmacy Clinical Specialist (Houston, TX) & Pharmacy Manager (Easton, PA or Junction, TX)

1. Pharmacy Clinical Specialist – Houston, TX (Malignant Hematology)

Key Qualifications:

• Completion of PGY1 and PGY2 (Oncology) or equivalent oncology experience
• Strong clinical decision-making and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Experience in patient-centered oncology care

Key Duties:

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in hematology/oncology
• Precept residents and students
• Participate in research and quality improvement projects
• Demonstrate I CARE values and clinical excellence

2. Pharmacy Manager – Easton, PA or Junction, TX (Retail Setting)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM | Setting: Clinic-Embedded Retail Pharmacy

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of retail pharmacy experience
• Previous leadership or management experience

Key Duties:

• Oversee pharmacy operations, compliance, and patient engagement
• Lead and train pharmacy staff
• Collaborate with clinical teams and manage provider relationships
• Drive growth and operational excellence
