Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Field Clinical Specialist based in Hawaii. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Honolulu, Hawaii area.

The role involves providing case support to physicians during peripheral and coronary interventional procedures, supporting clinical studies, and ensuring data collection for clinical programs. The position requires travel and involves supporting the development and commercialization of Shockwave Medical's Intravascular Lithotripsy technology for treating calcified cardiovascular disease.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Physician and hospital staff training, case coverage, and ensuring the safe use of medical devices.
  • Supporting clinical studies, including device training and data collection.
  • Building relationships with clinical investigators and medical staff.
  • Administrative tasks such as training, travel management, and budgeting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years supporting interventional procedures or 1 year in industry sales support; cardiovascular experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of clinical research, GCP, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel over 50% of the time and lift objects up to 40 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits: Base pay is $115,000 plus variable bonus, with additional benefits including a car allowance, health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
