• Licensed pharmacist (Registered Pharmacist) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Establish and expand clinical services in the area of practice.
• Develop medication protocols and order sets; facilitate medication utilization reviews and quality improvement projects.
• Provide mentorship and act as a clinical resource for staff and other healthcare providers.
