Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist I to lead establishment and expansion of clinical services in the area of practice, with duties including development of medication protocols, order sets, and facilitation of medication utilization reviews to optimize drug therapy.

The role requires a Doctorate of Pharmacy and a Pharmacist license, with residency training and Board Certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required.
• Licensed Pharmacist in the state (Registered Pharmacist).
• Additional qualifications include PGY1/PGY2 residencies with BPS certification or the ability to obtain within specified timelines.

Responsabilités

• Establishing and expanding clinical services in the area of practice.
• Developing medication protocols and order sets.
• Facilitating medication utilization reviews and performance improvement projects to optimize drug therapy.
• Mentoring staff and serving as a clinical resource for the department of pharmacy.
