Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist for BMT/Leukemia to support oncology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will participate in rounds, optimize chemotherapy, verify Beacon orders, and coordinate transitions of care with the oncology pharmacy team.

The role offers opportunities to precept learners and contribute to research within a world-class oncology program, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm schedule.

Qualifikationen

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Specialty residency required if available for the specialty area.
• Current RPh license or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days.
• PGY2/PGY1 residency and/or several years of clinical specialist experience.
• BLS and board-approved immunization course within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS or PALS certification within 1 year of hire.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and provide pharmaceutical care for patients.
• Participate in patient care rounds.
• Perform pharmacotherapeutic monitoring and provide pharmaceutical care.
• Provide general and patient-specific drug information.
• Educate clinicians, technicians, pharmacy students and physicians in pharmacotherapy.
• Lead chemotherapy-related decisions and Beacon order verification.
