Required are a BS Pharm, 3+ years in clinical pharmacy (8–10 years preferred) and a Nevada pharmacist license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm).
• Minimum of three years in a clinical position; eight to ten years preferred.
• Prior experience as a clinical pharmacist required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical pharmacy services and ensure daily optimal clinical services.
• Develop, implement, and mantenance of system.
