Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD with at least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
• Current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority.
• Willing to work non-standard hours, including evenings, holidays and/or weekends.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care programs, including Medication Therapy Management, Immunization Services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical programs.
• Drives regional pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies with company goals and maximizing patient outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, SOPs, FDA regulations and HIPAA guidelines; conducts data/clinical reviews for medication safety.
• Provides clinical consultation and knowledge to patients, doctors, and insurance plans as needed.
• Performs other work consistent with the job responsibilities and supports staff development.
