Qualifications

• Bachelor-level pharmacy degree and state-licensed pharmacist.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the United States.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver immunizations and clinical pharmacy services including MTM.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train team members in a collaborative environment.
