Job summary

VytlOne in Lancaster, NH seeks a compassionate, customer-service oriented PRN Pharmacy Technician or Technician in Training to join a clinic-based retail pharmacy. The role supports providers and clinic staff in a team-based care model with a strong pharmacy component.

Qualifications

• Active NH pharmacy technician license or ability to obtain in a timely manner.
• Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months (Maxor will assist)
• Minimum 2 years retail pharmacy experience preferred, but tech-in-training considered with medical background
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service
• Computer experience mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
• Answer the phone
• Input customer information into the computer system
