Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vaccination certification required if administering vaccines.
• Over six months up to one year of similar or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Answer the telephone promptly and assist customers with refills and inquiries.
• Gather patient information required to prepare prescriptions.
• Stock received product and supplies and keep pharmacy areas stocked.
• Review prescriptions that have not been picked up and assist with paperwork and delivery orders.
