Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to support daily pharmacy operations in Minnesota. You will greet customers, handle refills, process transactions, stock supplies, and assist with prescription preparation under pharmacist supervision.

The role requires accuracy, discretion with patient information, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Vaccination certification is required if administering vaccines where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior cashier or retail experience helpful.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service by greeting customers with a smile.
• Answer calls, take refill orders, and assist customers in person.
• Stock supplies, process cash transactions, and keep the pharmacy clean and organized.
• Prepare prescriptions under pharmacist supervision and assist with delivery orders.
• Coordinate nursing home medicines and support vaccination activities as permitted.
