Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a pharmacy support partner to assist with prescription processing, customer service, and checkout in a busy retail setting. You will enter prescription data, verify orders, manage inventory, help customers locate products, and support pharmacists with daily operations and safety procedures.

This role requires at least 16 years old, HIPAA certification, and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience handling prescription data and customer questions.
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations and cash handling.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
• Proficient with basic math and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receives prescription orders and enters data into the system.
• Scans items, ensures correct checkout totals.
• Maintains inventory and shelf organization.
