Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Optum unit in Woodinville, WA is seeking a warehouse associate to support pharmacy operations. The role includes inventory management, proper storage and calibration of equipment, and packing/shipping tasks. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm PST.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, scanning and receiving shipments, and ensuring safe storage of prescription drugs. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED OR 2+ years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Pharmacy Assistant license in state of Washington.
• Ability to lift to 55 pounds, as needed.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks.

• Monitor prescription drug inventory within pharmacy computer system and receive inventory.
• Create or fix shipping labels and bring packages to shipping, mail, and courier as needed.
• Perform cycle counting activities and complete order processing.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm PST

Primary Responsibilities

• Inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product, monitor and adjust/calibrate pharmacy equipment, fill dispensing units
• Ability to lift to 55 pounds
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
• Ability to work in a fast pace, high-performance environment
• Daily box preparation work
• Create or fix any shipping labels as needed
• Bring packages to shipping, Mail, and Courier as needed
• Monitor prescription drug inventory within pharmacy computer system
• Receive inventory and ensure accurate product receipt
• Assist with discrepancy resolution
• Maintain proper storage of prescription drug inventory
• Perform cycle counting activities and complete order processing
