Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Mesa, AZ is hiring for a warehouse/stockroom role supporting pharmacy operations. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with extended hours as needed, and compensation paid hourly in a comprehensive benefits package.

The role focuses on inventory control, labeling, shipping, and material handling within a fast-paced environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and standing up to eight hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with breaks; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product.
• Monitor and calibrate pharmacy equipment and fill dispensing units.
• Daily box preparation and create/fix shipping labels.
• Bring packages to shipping, mail, and courier as needed.

Location: 1830 S Horne, Mesa, AZ

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 3:30pm PST

Primary Responsibilities:

• Inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product, monitor and adjust/calibrate pharmacy equipment, fill dispensing units
• Ability to lift to 55 pounds
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
• Ability to work in a fast pace, high-performance environment
• Daily box preparation work
• Create or fix any shipping labels as needed
• Bring packages to shipping, Mail, and Courier as needed

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
