Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a professional to assist pharmacists and pharmacy coordinators in resolving claims, pricing, and coding. You will work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve pharmacy-related issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

The position is a flex hybrid role with three days in office and two days remote, requiring a Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant healthcare/insurance experience, plus a Certified Pharmacy Technician credential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related health care field or four years work experience in health care/insurance industry
• Certified Pharmacy Technician
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Managed care customer service experience
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and database software
• Drug information skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
