Job summary

Walgreens Co. is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to deliver a friendly, efficient checkout and help customers find products. You will greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include processing sales, handling returns, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and supporting pharmacy operations as needed. Willingness to work evenings and weekends is required; six months of retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Registers customer purchases on assigned cash register, collects cash and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists customers with product questions and helps with OTC products.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, maintains records and prices merchandise.
• Operates pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status and reports prescription errors to pharmacist on duty.
• Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with company policies.
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
• Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager or corporate.
