Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients with a friendly, helpful attitude to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Provide courteous, fair, and efficient checkout service at the register and assist with products and services as needed.
• Recommends items for sale and suggests trade-up or companion products to customers.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and process refunds and exchanges per store policies.
• Maintain clean, well merchandised counters and shelves and assist with inventory and resets as directed by management.
• Support photo area services and web pick-up responsibilities when required.
