• Process purchases on assigned POS, handle voids, returns, exchanges.
• Assist customers with products and services and upsell when appropriate.
• Keep counters neat, merchandise shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support pharmacy operations by reporting prescription issues to the pharmacist.
• Follow company policies including asset protection and safety.
