Job summary

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Recommends items for sale and assists customers with products and services, including guiding to aisles and assisting with OTC items.
• Operates store systems to process purchases and manages refunds, exchanges, and rain checks as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness, signage, and stock, and supports asset protection procedures.
