Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Completion of required national registration, certification, or licensure

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience or equivalent pharmacy technician experience
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Understanding and compliance with HIPAA and company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
  • Assist pharmacists with responsibilities excluding professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing tasks
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Compound medications following regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing services using various platforms and tools
  • Conduct CLIA-waived health screenings per legal and company standards
  • Offer additional health and wellness services permitted by law
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations; report unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and report illegal activities
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
