Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Completion of relevant registration, certification, or licensure as required by law

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a pharmacy technician
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and adherence to company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or licensure as required
  • Assist pharmacists with responsibilities excluding professional judgment
  • Deliver excellent customer service while accurately completing all dispensing and administrative tasks
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Prepare medications in compliance with regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in accordance with laws and policies
  • Provide additional health and wellness services permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation and safety protocols, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and report illegal activities
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
