Deliver direct patient interventions through health and wellness services that comply with state and federal laws. - Support company health and wellness initiatives.
- Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state.
- Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment.
- Provide a stellar customer experience through accurate and efficient reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing.
- Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians.
- Compound medications following state and other regulations.
- Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy.
- Support non-dispensing services using various platforms and resources.
- Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in accordance with laws and policies.
- Provide additional health and wellness services permitted by regulations.
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures, report unsafe conditions.
- Comply with all regulations and report illegal activities.
- Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Completion of required registration, certification, or licensure
